Carte Professionnelle
Anyone who deals or assists in dealing with the sale and purchase of property in France must have a "carte professionnelle". The French government does not issue this card just like that. The applicant has to demonstrate an adequate knowledge of all facets of the property market. Real estate agencies from abroad regularly operate with a mandate from a French office, allowing them to perform all activities even though they have never trained to do so. Responsibility therefore lies with the body that authorised them. 30 A Vendre (Mikel de Rooij) does possess this card. This means that we are insured and work in accordance with French law, and also completely independent.
